We wanted to create something to reward our loyal customers. While many programs implement rigid rules and principles on points inflation, tier anxiety, pressure over expiring value, and urging to “spend more to keep your status”, we wanted to keep it clear and fair.
The Friends with Benefits -program is based on credits that you earn automatically with every purchase. Credits never expire, and you can choose freely when you want to use them at checkout.
You can view your personal FWB-degree by signing in to your account. The degree is shown at the top-right corner of the webpage, and the exact amount of credits available can be seen both at the top of the Friends with Benefits page and in your Profile.
How it works
- Buy what you want and when you want – just like always
- Earn credits automatically with every purchase
- Your degree rises over time. Information about the benefits of a new degree will be sent to your email.
- Use credits whenever you choose, as they never expire
- The higher your degree, the better your benefits will be.
